Here is an update on Meg’s visit to Cambodia. She is now reportedly in the Siem Reap province – located near the famous Angkor Wat temples – where another shelter for victims of trafficking and sex slavery is located. TY to those who sent in sightings.

In the past few days Meg has posted several b&w photos that she took of the women staying at the shelters. You can view the photos here: photo 1, photo 2, photo 3. Also be sure to follow Meg’s Twitter account @realmegryan for hopefully more updates on her Cambodian trip!

And to conclude this update: this Facebook page has several small photos of Meg and NYTimes journalist Nicholas Kristoff visiting and filming at the Phnom Penh shelter this weekend (scroll down to Saturday’s posts).

Update 11-08: a nice sighting of Meg and her daughter Daisy visiting the temples of Angkor Wat today (Tuesday). We don’t know her exact birthday but somewhere around this week Daisy turns 7 years old! Time sure flies!

It seems that photography is another of Meg’s many talents and it’s great that she’s chosen to share those pictures:)

    P.S. Happy Birthday Daisy.
